Home Health Aide - will provide personal care and assistance with your daily living activities.

Physical Therapist - will provide physical and functional rehabilitation in ambulation, safe transfers, prosthesis training and cardiac/respiratory rehabilitation.

Occupational Therapist - will use specialized techniques and equipment to restore your ability to function optimally.

Speech Therapist - will assist in restoring speech and swallowing ability.

Social Worker - will provide information on state funded and private agency programs that offer assistance in finances, housing, medications, meals, homemaker and companionship programs.
